After many years of eating pizza across the UK & Italy we are absolute in our belief that Neapolitan pizza is impossible to beat. Dense, light, chewy, crunchy - full of flavour and with a hint of wood fire – Neapolitan pizza is where it’s at, and at Dusty Knuckle, it’s what we do best.
In 2014, Dusty Knuckle started life serving handmade Neapolitan pizzas at a local market – delighting crowds with hot, fresh pizza that had been licked by the flames of a home-made, wood-fired oven on wheels. In the years that followed, our beautiful monster grew to become something much, much bigger – and now we’ve even got a permanent spot here in beautiful Barry!
We’re passionate about sustainability, so we’re thrilled to be joining Goodsheds – an innovative, sustainable and low carbon development which will become a community hub for everyone to enjoy.
We specialise in delicious, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.
Our soft & pilllowy pizza dough is made fresh every day. It undergoes a lengthy proving process, and is topped by our pizzaioli who cook each pizza at 450+ degrees. Our proving method allows us to use small quantities of yeast in our dough, so our pizzas stay light and super easy to digest.
We use long-standing and trusted suppliers who source only the best ingredients, allowing us to showcase some incredible local produce to top our delicious dough. We can’t wait to feed you!
