The business launched on 1 November 2021 . Goodsheds is their first office space, having been based from the home office until now. They launched the business after working in corporate law firms for over 20 years and feeling that the way tree claims were run needed to change due to the climate crisis. No one wanted to change in the corporate world so they were determined to set a firm up that could be different.

We are a law firm acting for insurance companies, local authorities, developers, individuals and other businesses to manage the legal disputes that they have involving trees. Whilst we specialise in trees it’s not all we do and we can manage almost any other civil dispute (I.e., where someone is suing someone else for money!)
