We are Sophie and Lisandros, couple and cofounders of Meat And Greek. We have sold Greek Cypriot Souvlaki on the streetfood and festival scene of Wales for the last 10 years!
Background
Founded by couple and co-founders Sophie and Lisandros, Meat and Greek began as a simple idea on a family holiday — sharing a cherished Greek Cypriot souvlaki recipe with loved ones. The response was overwhelming, and within six months, the pair had left their day jobs to bring their flame-grilled flavours to festivals and street food events across Wales.
