The Six Two is a footwear care and vintage clothing store. We’ve got a love for streetwear, sportswear and 90s-00s nostalgia and want to focus on making streetwear more sustainable and affordable. We do everything from sourcing deadstock and highly curated vintage pieces to cleaning up your favourite pair of kicks!
The Six Two started initially as “Scrubz” and was rebranded in 2022 to “The Six Two” with the idea of bringing in vintage buying/selling and having a more all-encompassing brand name. Named after the post code we grew up in and really trying to show how much we and our friends love our hometown and want to be able to provide something that we would’ve appreciated growing up.
Started back in 2020 cleaning and restoring trainers in a spare room, then to a private workshop and now a train carriage at the Goodsheds.
The Six Two will continue to do what it does best by cleaning and restoring your kicks, with a range of services from quick clean ups to full repainting and restoration, whatever it takes to get your shoes back to life and stop you having to buy a new pair!
As well as sourcing, buying and selling vintage clothing online and now in store, we try to find pieces that are high quality, well fitting and have that hit of nostalgia that we all love.
