Mr Croquewich was launched in 2014 by chef Darren Lewis (AKA Mr Croquewich!), having spent 5 years cooking with beautiful cheeses in the French alps and on his return working as head chef in bistro and brasserie style restaurants, his passion for all things that melt saw him venturing into the street food scene.
Established in 2014 in the Cardiff street food scene, we’ve been up and down the country and brought you festival pop ups, Bistrot supper clubs, home delivery, street food residencies and full wedding catering. Fast forward to 2020 and we’re excited to be sharing our new home with you – it’s going to be goooood and ohh so cheesy!!
Mr Croquewich @ Goodsheds Barry is home of the ultimate parmesan fried chicken burger. A lot of love has gone into these bad boys, perfecting our signature parmesan crust and seasoning blend to bring you a supreme chicken eating experience of tasty juicy chicken with an incredible crunchy cheesy crust! These chicken burgers are stacked up with delicious toppings and sauces accompanied by cheesy sides & crinkle cut fries!! There will of course be grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu crammed full of home-made fillings, sauces and mounds of cheese in our bespoke sourdough tin loaf – we’re bringing you the OG classics and some filthy new fillings on the specials board!
